Every ECA Medical Instruments manufactured product will be free of material and workmanship defect. If for any reason the materials selected by ECA Medical Instruments, or the craftsmanship and workmanship of an ECA manufactured product does not meet the accepted industry or specific agreed customer specification for material or workmanship criteria, our valued customer is encouraged to return the product to ECA Medical Instruments for an evaluation of form, fit, function and intended use, and a no-cost replacement of the product subject to our normal lead times and standard delivery, no questions asked.
